are we living right?

It’s actually doing No Activities – mostly known as meditation

Which activities make you lose track of time?

The first and foremost objective of human life is to know their purpose in this world. Our sensory organs provide lot of information through our eyes, smelling , listening, tasting and feeling. But sadly we get too bogged down into reaping the materialistic benefits that we forget to understand what it is like to be when all these sensory organs are put to rest.

You would call it sleep but sleep is an unconscious state of mind where we don’t remember or even awaken enough to appreciate the beauty of emptiness. In fact, in sleep we drift away into a deep unconsciousness which mostly cure our muscular tension but leave our mental and emotional unattended.

When we sit quietly and try to be mindful of our breath, and keep doing until we lose the awareness of doing it but still remain conscious of the serenity that comes in return. It’s no wonder that when you get back up only to realise that you sat for an hour which you thought was about 10 minutes.

Yes, I have experienced it exactly like that and lost track of time many times.
