Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.
We have limited the meaning of joy and happiness to a very small and mediocre definition. What the crowd would do – Have a drink or smoke if you stressed out. Kids upset or crying- oh give them their favourite video games or shown them cartoon movies or treat them with sweets or junk food. If these means were the best means to bring joy then you should not have done it twice or more. More of those things will seek more of those things. Destabilising your budget and causing more stress and then leaning to it again. Vicious cycle, isn’t it?

Satisfaction, patience stems from meditation. Why to intoxicate and have just a momentary happiness (even than is obscurity to reality) instead practice something which is too simple yet extremely powerful to change our lives for good.
